This is my go-to salad dressing. Essentially no-carb, it is excellent and easy to make. I weigh out the ingredients because I find it quicker, easier, and more reproducible.

Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil* 200 grams
White Wine Vinegar 90 grams
Parmigiano Reggiano** 50 grams
Allulose 30 grams
Mayonnaise*** 30 grams
Minced Garlic 15 grams
Basil 1 gram
Parsley 1 gram
Oregano 1 gram
Salt 2 grams
Pepper 2 grams
* You can use avocado oil if you prefer
** Finely grated; you use the cheaper fake version "Parmesan cheese" if you want
** Make your own mayonnaise! Watch this. Or use Sir Kensington's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bottle and shake, shake, shake. I bring it with me if I'm dining away from home. I can usually find a decent salad somewhere and this guilt-free dressing is the prefect topper!
